Brief Description of Package: Establishment of Modern Microbiology Laboratory with PCR in Abdul Malek Ukil Medical College, Noakhali.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 120000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience in Building Construction works of at least 01(One) contract including  civil & electromechanical works under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last 05 years (counted backward from the date of publication of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 30.00(Thirty)  Lac in a single contract. In case of works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work been done.
3) Minimum avg. annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100.00(One hundred) Lac supported by payment certificates during last 05 years.
4) Minimum Liquid assets/credit facilitiy of Tk.17.00(Seventeen) Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the PW3-7 format , without any alteration, issued not earlier than the publication date of this IFT.
5) Minimum Tender Capacity of 35.00 (thirty five) Lac.
6) The Tenderer must enclose with tender updated valid VAT Registration certificate, updated Tax Clearance certificate, updated Trade license and updated ABC & Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
7) The Tenderer shall submit World Bank Anti-corruption guideline and sanction framework, Commitment with the EIA & Mitigation measures of Covid-19 AF Project uploaded in Section:8(Particular Specifications) of Tender Document.Other requirements are mentioned in Tender Document
