Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in supply of
goods shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience in supply of consumable goods successfully
completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,000/- (
Seven lac) only.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the
Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000/- (Ten lac) only. submitted in from PG2-5 otherwise tender
shall be Non-responsive.
(d) Upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance and BIN Registration Certificate.
(e) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
(f) Samples must be approved by the Zila model mosque management committee before
delivery of the goods.
Note: The Procuring Entity reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time without any
reason.
