Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Diesel operated low lift pump with related Accessories for the Office of Component Director BADC under the Smallholder Agricultural Competitiveness Project SACP.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Suppliers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Goods having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of supply works as specific experience i.e supply of 1.00- 2.00 Cusec low lift centrifugal pump of value TK 90 (Ninety) lakh under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK 100 (Hundred) lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;

The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
