Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
a) Tenderers must be 1st class electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electricity licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.
b) Tenderer shall have to submitted 33KV  line work experience certificate of minimum 35 (Thirty Five) Lakh Taka. The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.
c) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounted firm for the last 3 (Three) years.
d) Tenderer must submitted up to date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration Certificate, Trade license,  National ID, Mobile number, Key personnel List, Working Tools and Perticular Work Authorization letter.
e) Liquid assets from bidder's banker(s) minimum 40(Fourty) Lakhs to successfully complete the contract .
f) Tender Security Should be submitted only by Bank draft or Pay order.
g) All document shall have to submitted in PDF form with file name
