Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License; (ii) valid VAT registration; (iii) Up- to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, (iv) Up-to-date ISO 9001 & 14001 certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years experience in supply of air-cooler & related services.
3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed more than 15 nos. split type air-cooler which each work minimum average Tk. 15 (Fifteen) lac within last 3 (Three) years.
4. Having valid ABC contractor and supervisory license for electrical works.
5. Tenderer shall comply with all other criteria mentioned in the TDS of the tender document.
6. Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit limit of Tk. 5 (Five) lac.
7. Site visit declaration & got scope of work fully.
8. Authorization letter from manufacturer/agent.
9. 2-years warrantee & guaranty of the AC set.
