Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2) Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.
(a)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. In general experience certificate the tender period/ supply period must be mentioned from date to date.
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed Goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS;
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 22.50 Lakh under maximum 03 contracts in the last 03 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8 Lakh. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate.
(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.25 Lakh issued between publication of IFT and submission date.
(d) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate .
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Mashur Dal (Mota) must be submitted to in 3 containers to the Jail as per tech speci on or before tender opening date and time
(j) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. ga
