Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Brand, Model No. /Type No. of VCB & Spears must be mentioned in the Technical offer.
2. Catalogue and detail dimensional drawing of VCB & Spears in English language must be submitted along with the offer.
3. Name of manufacturer must be mentioned in the offer.
4. Country of origin must be mentioned in the offer.
5. Manufacturer’s Test Certificate and Country of Origin Certificate must be submitted along with the materials.
6. The bidder must enclose upgraded ISO Certificate from competent authority with the offer.
7. Offer must be submitted in original letter head pad of manufacturer/ Principal/Distributor.
8. Port of shipment must be Manufacture's own country and should be mentioned in the offer.
9. The offered manufacture brand must be internationally recognized and well known in Bangladesh.
10. 12 months warranty from the date of arrival at DAPFCL site shall be given by the manufacturer.
11. Authorization Certificate from Manufacturer or his authorized distributor must be submitted along with the offer.
12. At least 03 nos. of provinces Certificate with detail address of consumers (other than manufacturer' own country) must be submitted along with technical offer.
13. Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing must be done by the bidder at factory site.
14. The bidders are requested to visit the factory site before submitting their quotation so that supplied VCB & Spears can be easily be installed without any modification over the existing Panel. The visit shall be at their own cost.
