Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have Minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(One) number of work including repair, maintenance and installation services amounting to Tk. 6.00 Lakh in a single work order in Government/semi-Government/Autonomous Organization during last 5(Five) years as stated in TDS of Tender documents.
c) In case of work done under any Government / semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies/Government Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the organization (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. .
d) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 30.00 Lakh during the last 5(Five) years. All work done and Payment certificate must be submitted.
e) Liquid Assets or Credit facilities against the work shall be Tk. 8.00 Lakh Only as stated in Tender & Contract forms PW3-7 of Tender document. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission dateof the tender.
f) Valid VAT registration certificate and up to date Income tax certificate.
g) Up to date Trade License.
i) Other Conditions as per Tender Documents.
j) Up to date ABC License.
