Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 106666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 320000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 106666666 ~ 320000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Building construction work including civil, sanitary, electrical works worth not less than Tk 630.00 (Six Hundred Thirty) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.1800.00 (One Thousand Eight Hundred ) Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.410.00 (Four Hundred Ten) Lakh only. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
e) The tenderder must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License , ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.10,40,00,000.00 (Ten crore fourty lakh) Only.
