Eligibility criteria:
(a)The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature ,complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 09.00 lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(b)The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade licence, Vat Registration Certificate, income tax clearence certificate.
(c)According to Letter No: 03..074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work /works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
(d) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender.
(e) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
(f) The amount of the tender security will be required in the form of Bank draft/Pay order in favor of Executive Engineer,Education Engineering Department (EED),Chuadanga.
(g) Others Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
N.B: (i) The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing qualification information and evidence for different aspects.
(ii) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 3 of Standard Tender Document.
