Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Up to date Trade License.
(b) Up to date Tax clearance certificate.
(c) VAT Registration certificate.
(d) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities minimum 7 (Seven) lakh taka. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum one month before publishing IFT).
(e) Experience certificate of similar supply of Goods of at least Tk 7 (Seven) Lakh under a single contract successfully completed within last 03 (Three) years in government/semi government/autonomous organization.
(f) Tenderer must submit certification from manufacturer or authorized distributor in order to prove genuinity of the product and validity of warranty from manufacturer.
(g) Supply period must be within the period described in TDS.
(h) Supplied axial thrustbearing must be compitable with the pump-motor set of vansan, Goksan, ideal, oddesse, CRI, caplarry 0r equivalent brand used in DWASA
(i) Sample can be seen from FM division-1 if required.
(j) Supplied lot will be accepted after satisfactory practical performance test report of a sample(at least 10% of total supply) done at any pump of DWASA and test will be conducted by joint inspection committee.
(k) Tenderer should submit specimen of items at F.M. Division-1 within 10 days after opening . Specimen may be accepted or rejected in preliminary technical evaluation depending upon conformity of specimen with the technical specification and quality described in tender document.
(l) Other documents as specified in TDS, PCC & Technical specifications and compliance of Goods and related services(Form e-PG2-3)
