Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed construction contractors/firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01 (One) number of building works including sanitary, water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of minimum TK. 80.00 Lakh BDT in last 05 (Five) years in any Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh (from FY-2018-2019 to 2022-2023)
c) The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 30.00 Lakh BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender along with bank statement.
d) Who have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05 (Five) financial years (from FY-2018-2019 to 2022-2023) of TK. 60.00 Lakh BDT (Total= 60.00x5=300.00 Lakh )
e) Tenderer who possesses : i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.
f) The fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered bank's branch up to 16:00 on 16/08/2023.
g) Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official estimated cost will be rejected.
h) In the case of tie for the evaluated price the tenderer shall be selected based on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects’
i) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
j) Technically responsive based on reasonable analysis submitted and satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
