Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature electro-mechanical works (including stage light and sound system) of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh with in last 5(five) years with a value of at least 125,00,000.00 (Tk One Hundred Twenty Five lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c) The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120,00,000.00 (Tk One Hundred Twenty lakh) in the last 5(Five) years. Payment certificates for tenderer in progress or completed under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 115,00,000.00(Tk One Hundred Fifteen Lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 140,00,000.00 (Tk One Hundred Forty lakh)
(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(g) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
(h) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of tender documents must be full filled.
