Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and latest Tax Assessment Certificate.
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 6 (Six) years of experience in the IoT/ICT/Telecommunication based business.
The bidder company should have valid import Registration Certificate (IRC).
The bidder must demonostrate that the products are functional during the supply.
Manufacturer authorization as per technical specification.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 34,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Four Lac only) under maximum 2(Two) contracts in the last 3(Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lac only). This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening.
Special Instruction:
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used.
