Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000;
Tender Security: 315000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 31500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk - 85.00 Lac(Eighty Five ) in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or AutonomousOrganization (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting 2018-19 to 2022-23).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk- 100.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years Minimum Total -500.00(Five hundred lac) (Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) (years counting backward from the date of publication) .
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 60.00 lac (Sixty Lac) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5. Income tax clearance certificate UP to Date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2022-23).
6. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
