3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR
5. Similar type experience must be needed of minimum Tk 5.00 [Five Lac] under maximum 3 [three] contracts within last 05 [five] years. (Attached with Purchase Order and Work Completion Certificate).
6. General Experience must be needed of minimum Tk 10.00 [Ten Lac] under maximum 5 [Five] contracts within last 05 [five] years. (Attached with Purchase Order and Work Completion Certificate).
7. Credit Commitment of Line of Credit or Liquid money needed Tk 12.00 [Twelve Lac] from date of tender publication. If the Supplier submitted credit commitment, the commitment should be without any alteration or correction or modification of the form of “e-PG2-6”.
8. A properly filled technical specifications and compliance sheet for the offered machine must be supplied with the offer as part of the tender.
