* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date trade license, TIN Certificate, Vat, Reg. Certificate, Experience Certificate, Bank solvency Certificate.

2. Price quotation should contain unit price of Uncured Rubber Sheet

3. All documents, Catalogue submitted by the bidder with the technical offer in English Language.

4. Bidder have to submit documentary evidence (Like P.O copy with the telephone no. Fax no & e-mail no) of supplying uncured rubber sheet to any Government/Semi Government/Autonomus owned Phosphoric Acid producing or using factory with the tender, otherwise tender will be treated as non responsive at the time of technical evaluation.

5. Bidder will have to submit a sample of uncured Rubber Sheet (Size :1 sft x 3mm) at free of cost with their offer for technical acceptance tesing.

6. Total goods to be subblied as per requirement of TSPCL within one year from the date of purchase order.

7. Delivery of Rubber sheet will be taken from time to time with in 5 days notice (On Call Basis) as per requirement of consuming department.

8. Above all items are in Single Lot.

9. Tender Evaluation will be made on Total lowest basis.
