Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10(Ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of TK.2.50 crore under maximum 05(five) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iii) Tenderer have to submit a commitment letter to supply or replace all kinds of spare parts whenever nedded for the next 01(one) year from the date of completion.
iv) The minimum supply or production capacity of Goods of TK.3.50 crore per year substantiated by Audit Reports.
v) The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.2.25 crore, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
vi) A Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter is required for all the items listed in the Price and Delivery schedule for Goods and related Service (Section 5).
vii) The tenderer should follow the Pro-Rata progress of the work.
viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
(d) Updated ABC license
