Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/ Trading House will not be accepted.
2. The Manufacturer shall have a supply record of Stainless Steel Strainer (SS Strainer) in at least two countries other than the manufacturing country.
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Stainless Steel Strainer (SS Strainer) of minimum Tk. 3.50 Crore under two contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
5. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
6. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or
updated) certificates.
7. The tenderer shall submit a sample of 1.00-meter Stainless Steel Strainer with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
8. The tenderer shall have i) Valid & updated trade license ii) Valid & updated income tax clearance certificate
