Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1300000 ~ 3900000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License.
ii) Tenderer must submit valid VAT Registration certificate from concern office.
iii) Tenderer must submit up to date Tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2b-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose. In case of Bank statement, it should be issued after the IFT.
v) The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply of goods as Prime Contractor in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh is 02 years during last 05 (five) years counting backward form the date of tender publication in newspaper.
vi) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supply of Cloths/Uniform/Shoes/Logo/Monihary Goods is at least one (01) contract (s) of similar nature of complexity, successfully completed within the last five (05) years, value of at least Tk 6.00 Lac in a single work order in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh (Only Work Completion Certificate will be acceptable). Ongoing or incomplete work will not be acceptable.
vii) The supply of the package may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. Bill is subject to getting funds from GOB.
