Eligibility criteria:
1. As given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & other criterion mentioned in this tender and only Enlisted Up-to-date A1 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department are eligible.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT 10.1 b & TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [60.00] lakh(Bank statement (at least one Day End Balance Statement) in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time (Bank Statement must be enclosed).).
3. The satisfactory completion of similar Works of minimum TK [70.00] lakh under maximum [1 (one)] contracts in the last [5 (five)] of years.
4. Turn over of all Works of minimum TK [185.00] lakh in the last [5 (five)] of years.
5. The official estimate of this work is prepared and approved by following PWD rate schedule 2022(Revised).
6. All Certificates/Completion certificates have to be issued by at least PE/Executive Engineer/euivalent officer according to PPR/CPTU standard format. Otherwise will not be accepted.
7. The Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be 5% to 10% as per ppr 2008.
