Eligibility criteria:
Bidder must be a bangladeshi Registered Company at least having 04 (four) years experience.
The tenderer must have RFID License from Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) , to perform the RFID related IT/ICT Services in the libraries.
Bidder must have one similar experience under a single contract for the value of minimum Tk=8 (Eight)  Lakh from Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization.
The tenderer must have minimum liquid asset/credit limit facilities of Tk=10.00 (Ten) Lakh.
The tenderer must have minimum 02 (two) certified RFID engineer with experience of RFID system installation and integration. Bidder must provide their training and experience certificate along with CV.
The tenderer should have membership of the Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) or Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
The tenderer must have ABC supervisory licensed engineer in their organization.
The tenderer must have valid trade license, Income Tax and VAT Registration and up to date IT & VAT Return Certificate.
Tender evaluation to be done following PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
Quoted price of any tender more than/less than 10% will be considered as non responsive.
