Eligibility criteria:
1.Upto date Trade License and Income Tax certificate with TIN, VAT registration certificate with BIN.
2.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience of supplying goods and related services.
3.The tenderer have both valid certificate/ license from competent authority for supply and carrying of acid/chemicals.
4.Tenderer must have to submit Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate.
5.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty lakh Taka Only) under a single contracts in the last 05(Five) years to any Government, Semi government, Government Owned Organization.
6.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 22,00,000.00 (Twenty Two Lakh Taka Only).
