Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
 
2.The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of at least 1 (one) number contract of RCC road and site development works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6,50,000.00 (Six lakh fifty thousand point zero zero) in Govt./Semi- Govt./Autonomous organization.
 
3.The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Nine lakh point zero zero)  over the last 5 (five) years . Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
 
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as e-PW2A- 3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten lakh point zero zero) . Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date.
 
5.The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh point zero zero) . To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or successfully completed contract as e-PW2-3B and e-PW2-3A format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date.
 
6.The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade license, VAT registration certificate and income TAX clearance certificate.
