Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer have to have-
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works (RCC Framed Structure Building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 Lakh (Taka Twenty Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 30.00 Lakh (Taka Thirty lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 30.00 Lakh (Taka Thirty Lakh). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 25.00 Lakh (Taka Twenty Five Lakh).
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
