Brief Description of Package: Construction of floor to increase the storing space inside warehouse and other works.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 14500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer shall have to have a minimum of 5 (five) years of General experience in construction works as a Prime contractor.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk Forty Lakh (40,00,000.00) under one (1) contract over a period of three (3) years shall be required which is Certified by End User.
3. The End User Certificate shall mention Name of the Work, Contract Date, Date of Completion, name of the Contractor. The Certificate shall be duly Signed, Sealed & Dated by the competent authority (not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent) with name, address, phone number & e-mail address of the issuing authority.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Eighty Lakh (80,00,000.00) over the last five (5) years.
5. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital [steady balance for Last 6 months] or credit facility issued by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh mentioning the Tender Invitation Number, Name of the Tender, Name of the Procuring Entity and Amount not less than Tk Fifty Lakh (50,00,000.00).
In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Financial Institute is advised to use the Form e-PW3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document e-PW3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID/ Contract No]

6. The minimum capacity shall be Tk Forty Lakh (40,00,000.00).
