* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of construction works in Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac only in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk.25.00 (Twenty five) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk. 25(twenty five) Lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents (Form PW3-7) ,Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Must have Up to Date TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence
f) Submit ABC License
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
