Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works (Installation of tube-wells, electrification, Boundary wall, rcc road, drain etc) of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk 50,00,000 (Tk Fifty Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 90,00,000.00 (Tk Ninty lakh) in the last 3(three) years. Payment certificates for tenderer in progress or completed under public sector during last three years must be submitted along with tender. Turn-over shall be counted as years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 25,00,000.00 (Tk twenty five lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Tk fifty lakh).
(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(g) up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
h) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of tender documents must be full-filled.
