* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License, VAT and Income Tax Certificate. Up to date Tax return slip/ Certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit at least 01 (one) work completion/ awarded evidence certificate for last 03 (Three) years of supplying manpower by Outsourcing method at BPDB which contract value at least BTD12,00,000.00 (Taka Twelve Lac Only)
3. Tenderer must submit a bank solvency certificate having liquid asset of at least BTD. 6,00,000.00 (Taka Six Lac only).
4. Tender offer price must be within (+/-) 5% of the estimated price.
5. Tender must submit at least 01 (One) work completion certificate for last 03 (Three) years of satisfactorily supplied manpower by outsourcing method at BPDB.
N.B: Tender can be canceled by the purchaser without showing any reason.
