b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum value Tk. 35 (Thirty Five) Lac in one financial year in the last 05 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities, Free funds shall be Tk. 40 (Fourty) Lac.
d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
