Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and Works.
(b) The satisfactory completion of any power plant-related overhauling works of minimum Taka 80,00,000/- (Eighty Lac) under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) years.
(c) The Tenderer shall have to update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 80,00,000/- (Eighty Lac). The issue date of the Bank Certificate/balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The original OEM's (Stejasa) authorization must be submitted and the OEM must state that the required number of certified technicians will be dispatched by them for the specified work. A curriculum vitae (CV) from the OEM for the certified technicians must be submitted with the Programme for the Works within 10 days of signing the Contract.
(e) The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, be financially solvent, be an income taxpayer, have the legal capacity to engage in the contract, and not have a conflict of interest, according to EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
N.B. years are counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
