The invitation for tenders is open to all classes of contractors who have the legal capacity to enter into such contract.

vi) Any deviation of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
vii) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 5,40,000 under single of contract(s) over a period of last five years shall be required.
