Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience. Documentary evidence(i.e. ooldest trade licence/Oldest work completion certificate or equivalent) shall be submitted.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion of civil work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 2.50 Lakh during last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 3.00 Lakh. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3.00 Lakh. It should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)" which is attached in Tender Document (Section-08). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.
e) The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 2.50 Lakh.
f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate etc. to be submitted.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of bidding documents must be fulfilled
