Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 [three] years of general experience.
(b) The satisfactory completion of Supply and Installation work of Simplex Fire Detection System of minimum Taka 12,00,000/- (Tweleve Lac) under maximum 2 [Two] contract in last 3 [three] years.
(c) The Tenderer must provide upgradation service by Johnson Controls certified expert.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lac).TT
(e) The Tenderer should have valid and updated trade license, should be financially solvent, income tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
N.B. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
