Eligibility criteria:
(a) Valid trade licence. (b) Vat resistration (BIN). (c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN). (d) Bank solvency certificate (Minimum 20 {Tweenty} Lakh) liquid asset from authorised person of any Schedule Bank [Certificate is required for a period of 15(Fifteen) days prior to the date of submission of the Tender].
(e) For manufacturer, Manufacturing Licence from Bangladesh Govorment, Production Certificate (A minimum 300 Ton/year production capacity) and ISO Certificate.
(f) For Supplier, The minimum General experience as Supplier in supply of transformer materials of at least [05] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [03] years in Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization, each with a value of at least Tk. [9.5 Lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Only experience certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date etc).
(g) The minimum specific experience in supply of Supper Enamel Copper wire of minimum [20 Lac] under maximum [01] contracts in the last [03] of years in
Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Only experience certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date etc).
