* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of Three(03) years of General experience in the supply of Goods or related services.
The satisfactory completion of the supply of Mechanical / Electrical / I&C Goods to the Power Plant of minimum value Tk.32,00,000/- (Taka Thirty two Lac only) under single Contract(s) in the last Three(03) years of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Limited companies in Bangladesh.
The completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered an experience certificate. Notification Of Award(NOA), the Purchase order (PO), and the Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificates.
If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forged information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40,00,000/- (Taka Forty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of the IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, financial solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
