Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the tenderers shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system – TDMS.

5. Evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
6. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document
7.In past performance evaluation matrix, tenderers must submit contract Agreements with completion certificates for low value tenders (<1.00 lac) and tenders without eGP
