4. Minimum average annual turnover certificate of similar works during last 05 years of Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac) only.
5. Tenderer must be Bangladeshi citizen.
6. The tender security may be forfeited in case of submission of any false/incorrect or forged certificates.
