Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Minimum of 07 (Seven) years general experience in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization as Supplier/Tenderer of goods or related services.
b. Similar nature supply (vehicle supply) experience of minimum value of Tk 35 ( Thirty five) lakh in single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization in last 07(Seven) years (Both NOA & work completion certificates issued from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/equivalent officer to be submitted).
c. Liquid asset/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than Tk 40 ( Forty) lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted.In case of credit line facilities, specific format ( PG2-5/ PG3-8), attached in Sec-6 of document, to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
d. The amount of Tender Security is Tk 1,00,000.00 (One lakh ) infavoure of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet .
Conditions
a. The authority will only permit to start the delivery after visting the Microbus in supplier's premises and submitting a satisfactory report by the representatives of the university.
b. The Microbus is to be delivered in SUST, Sylhet.
c. Bill will be paid after successful delivery of all goods in AC payee cheque deducting/adjusting VAT, Income Tax and any other govt tax applicable.
d. 10%(Ten) percent retention money will be withheld for defect liability period.
