Brief Description of Package: Supplying and Installation of Training Materials including other Accessories at Jail Training Centre, Rajshahi.

Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 600000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms/Organization/Authorized agent who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Electrical Goods and related services.
(B) Satisfactory completion of supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of similar nature of Goods worth not less than Tk. 150 ( one hundred and fifty ) Lac only in a single work order in government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 148 (one hundred and fourty eight) Lac only that should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
(D) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac during the last [5(Five)] years. All the Materials including other Accessories must be supplied within 27th June (Better within 22nd june) as per Project duration.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2 and Section-4 of tender documents must be fulfil
