* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a)  satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Taka 15,00,000.00 (Taka Fifteen Lac ) only under a single contract over a period of last 03 (Three) years.
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer's shall be 05 (Five) Years.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 10,00,000.00 ( Ten Lac). The issue date of the Bank Certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract and shouldn't have a conflict of interest to rules of EGCB Procurement Policy-2015.
