* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 38000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of Three (03) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Mechanical Goods of minimum value Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (Taka One Crore only) under maximum Two (02) Contract (s) in the last Three (03) years.
(c) Completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award (NOA), Purchase order (PO), Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificate.
(d) If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forged information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1,20,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Twenty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(f) The Tenderer should have valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
