Brief Description of Package: Installation of security lights in the internal area of Khagrachari District Head quarters Hospital.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) As Per Tender Document.
ii) The Tenderer whose total quoted amount above/below the 10% (Ten percent) of official estimated cost (Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted amount) shall be considered as rejected.
iii) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
iv) VAT registration certificates.
v) Up-to-date income tax certificate.
vi) Specific work experience certificate according to ITT clause.
vii) Average annual construction turnover documents according to ITT clause.
viii) The specified amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities certificate according to ITT clause.
ix) The minimum Tender capacity documents according to ITT clause.
x) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 4.50 Lac (Taka Four Lac Fifty Thousand) under 1(One) number of contract(s) over a period of 3(Three) years shall be required (Certificate should be submitted from Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous office). [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
xi) Tender security should be submitted according to the regulation 22(1) of PPR-2008 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay order. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
xii) For submission of any false information by bidder, Tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.
xiii) PWD License Renewal For New Financial Year.
