Eligibility criteria:
1. The firm should be registered entity and should have a trade license. They should submit the necessary BIN and TIN
2. It should have membership of the Bangladesh Association of Software and information Systems (BASIS).
3.The technical team must have at least one lead engineer who must possess a PhD/ Master's degree in CSE or equivalent subject.
4. The company must have experience in developing ERP value of at least Tk 45,00,000/= over a period of 5 years for any university in Bangladesh.
5. The firm must be capable of extend more module in addition to present modules.
6. Software Platform: php or similar language
7. Server must be hosted in a cloud server.
8. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 55,00,000/-.
