* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Updated VAT, TIN, Trade License & BIN.
2. A satisfactory completion of Copper Conductor/Copper Cable/Control cable supply works of tk. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh) as a prime supplier (Contractor/ Manufacturer/ supplier/Distributor in PGCB, BPDB, BREB, EGCB, RPCL, DPDC, DESCO, NESCO in a single contract over a period of 02 (Two) years shall be required. Sub-contractor experience will not be allowed.
3. As per ITT-Clause 15.2 Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favour of the POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay Order.
4. Copper Purity should be 99.99%. Supplier must submit Factory acceptance Test (FAT) report or Test report from Any Lab/Factory/University having such kind of Testing Facility. All the cost should bear by the supplier. Test result must be acceptable.
5. Manufacturer: Estern/BRB/BBS/Paradise/Bizlee Cables Limited Bangladesh or equivalent or equivalent made by any Manufacturer in USA/UK/EU/Japan/Korea.
