Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of building civil and sanitary repair work amounting to TK 3.00 lakh (Three lakh) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization of Bangladesh.(i) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority
shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 14.00 lakh (Fourteen Lakh) over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.50 Lakh ( Six lakh fifty thousand) Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form e-PW2(a), otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade licence and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 3.50 lakh (Three lakh fifty thousand).
