Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 433333 ~ 1300000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Furniture Supplying as Prime Contractor  shall be One (01) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor  at least 01 contract of  Furniture Supplying works successfully completed within the last one (01) years with a value of at least Tk. Three (3.00) lac in a single tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]
3. The required average annual Furniture Supplying turnover shall be greater than Tk. Four (4.00) lac over the last Five (05) years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable. [years counting backward from the date of publication of eTender]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format (Form PW3-7)] of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Four Lac Thirty Nine Thousand (4.39). Not before Tender publication date.
5. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
6. The Quoted rate Must be similar/relevant. If Quoted rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost  then the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his quoted rate. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to PPR-2008 Rule 98(23).
