* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:-
(i) The tenderer must have valid and up to dated Trade license, VAT registration,TIN and Income Tax certificate.
(ii) Contractor/Firms must have valid up to dated Contractors ABC License issued from the Electricity Licensing board from Bangladesh.
(iii) Contractors/firms who have working experience in a 132kV or 230 kV grid sub-station of BPDB/PGCB.
(iv) Having experience in successful completion of similar nature of work in a single Contract by any Government / Government owned autonomous / semi-autonomous Authority of value not less than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakh during last 10(Ten)years.
(v) The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid asset) and /or Credit facilities Net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be: Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lakh.
(vi) The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during last 05(Five) years of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakh.
