Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date 1st Class Supplier Trade License. i.e., year counting backward from the date of
Publication of IFT in the e-GP System should be submitted.
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate with Last 4 years should be submitted.
3. Up to date Business Identification Number (BIN) should be submitted.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier, or Dept. of Respiratory medicine (chest department), Paediatric, Psychiatry and Physiotherapy or similar nature work at least 01 (one) Contract with a value of at least BDT-100.00 Lakh successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in any Government/Autonomous / Private Organizations of Bangladesh. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.]
5. Update Import Registration Certificate (IRC) should be submitted.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT – 120.00 Lakh and in the form of e-PG3.
7. Affidavit of ownership of the contracting company by the first-class magistrate must be submitted in Proprietorship Company or Certificate of Incorporation if Limited Company.
8. Recent Color Photograph, NID and Specimen Signature at company letter head pad of authorized person should be submitted.
9. If TEC want to examine submitted all original papers, Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
10. Product Catalogue should be submitted.
11. Warranty certificate must be submitted company letter head pad should be submitted.
12. Certificate of Non-Bankrupt and Non-Blacklisted.
13. Audit Financial Statement of the last 3 (Three) years.
