Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 10000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Bidder must have updated ABC license
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5 (five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Installation, Testing and Commissioning/Manufacturing/Repairing of 132/33 KV, 50 MVA or above rated Power Transformer work order value of minimum Tk. 45.0 (Forty-Five) lac under maximum 2 (two) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years
4) The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 100 lac in the best 3 (three) year over the last 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 50 (Fifty) lac.
6) The tenderer should have skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineers as well as test equipment for electrical sub-station.
7) Tenderer must have High Voltage Testing facilities i.e. Lighting Impulse Test, Vapour Phase Drying, Vacuuming process, Transformer oil treatment for 132 KV or above.
